MID-CENTURY WIRELESS SPEAKER Handcrafted in Southern California, the Moderno Speaker is a mid-century modern design inspiration featuring high tech electronics, high efficiency speaker drivers and vacuum tubes for a warmth audio experience. Beautiful aesthetics combined with high quality building materials  make this an unique piece of design.  This unit is built to last with an environmentally conscious selection of hardwood and special attention to every single detail. The top grill is made of rust treated 16 gauge perforated metal, for tubes heat dissipation, painted on Wimbledon White from the classic 66 Ford Mustang. The knob and switches resemble Fender Deluxe guitar amps, and a vintage screen, made of acoustically transparent, mildew proof coated fiberglass. Powered by a custom made hybrid amplifier that combines the classic vacuum tube's unique sound to a high efficiency Class-D power amplifier, the Moderno Speaker delivers a wide range of high fidelity, detailed, punchy sound through two aluminum cone woofers and a pair of ring radiator tweeters. The custom made crossovers complete this design built with high quality components to keep a linear, dynamic, crisp audio response.
